The Town of Madison (ToM) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced commercial general contractors to construct renovations/improvements to the Locker Room and Toilet Room areas of the Town Campus Gym facility, located at 4 Campus Drive, Madison, CT. Renovations/improvements consist of flooring, wall tile, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and accessories, shower stall rebuilds/replumbing, painting, minor electrical, and other associated work.
