Prequalification: CT7 Inpatient and Research Renovations

The project consists of the renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet of existing clinic storage space to accommodate a new research laboratory for the Metabolic Chamber and a clean supply room for the JDH Short Stay Unit. Work includes selective demolition; construction of new partition walls; installation of new flooring, ceilings, and finishes; and modifications to the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm systems. Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and Life Safety measures will be implemented throughout construction to maintain hospital operations and ensure patient and staff safety. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
