The operation and management of a residential facility for the Baby and Mother Bonding Initiative (BAMBI) program, with associated programs for Inmates in the third trimester of pregnancy or who have delivered and will maintain custody of their infants. The Facility shall be located within 65 miles of Hospital Galveston, Young Medical Facility (Dickinson) and the Plane State Jail (Dayton).
