THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Joint Program Manager Special Operations Forces (JPM SOF) through Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division (NCD), to conduct Market Research in accordance with FAR Part 10.
