REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

MATERIALS TESTING & INSPECTION AGENT SERVICES

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B §6, the City of Leominster invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Materials Testing & Inspection Agent Services for the Fall Brook Elementary School construction project.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) package may be obtained beginning Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and will remain available until the due date specified below.

The RFP will be available online at www.Projectdog.com . Enter the Project Code 874611 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents. A free CD-ROM may be requested by contacting Projectdog – shipping & handling charges apply. All plan holders must have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents and to receive project notifications. Hard copies of the documents may also be viewed, but not removed, from the offices of Projectdog Inc., 18 Graf Road - Unit 8, Newburyport, MA 01950, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Addenda, if issued, will be posted to the Projectdog website and shall be accompanied by e-mail notification to every individual or firm on record as having received the RFP. It shall be the sole responsibility of the respondent to ascertain the existence of any and all addenda.

Technical and Price Proposals shall be submitted electronically at Projectdog.com no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Hard copy Proposals will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. The City of Leominster reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the City.
