NOTICE OF BID
Notice is hereby given that the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission designates July 16,
2026, at 10:00 AM as the time when sealed bids will be received at their offices located at
600 Wilson Ave, Newark, NJ for:
B506- FURNISH AND INSTALL NEW REPLACEMENT ELECTRICAL FEEDER
CABLES AND ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT FOR A TWO (2) YEAR
PERIOD
Work to be performed under Contract B506 includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing
of all safety, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and all other facilities
required to:
Furnish and install new electric feeder cables, fiber optic cables and electrical
distribution equipment as directed by PVSC. The electrical equipment will consist
of, but not be limited to, switchgear, motor control centers, variable frequency
drives and transformers. The feeder cables will consist of feeders rated at 15 kV, 5
kV and 600V.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C 127. (N.J.A.C.
17:27) FORMS OF Contract Specifications together with blank forms of proposals may
be obtained from the Purchasing Department located in the Administration Building at
600 Wilson Ave. Newark, NJ.
