The City of Meriden is soliciting qualifications from architectural firms to provide “ON-CALL” professional architectural services on an as needed basis. The participating firms shall have extensive broad experience in providing municipal On-Call Architectural Services, be familiar with State and Local Building Codes, ADA, Roofing and Connecticut State Department of Education requirements as well as being knowledgeable and familiar with all aspects of State and Government funding, requirements and guidelines.. In addition, all participating firms shall meet all municipal, state and federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices.
