a. The purpose of this amendment is to respond to vendor inquiries and extend the response deadline.

b. The period for questions is now closed.

c. The solicitation response deadline is hereby extended to 3:00 pm ET Thursday, April 9, 2026.

d. Question: Quarterly water fountain maintenance requires filter replacement. Please confirm whether the VA will supply the filters.
