The CT Paid Leave Authority Community Education Coordinators Initiative

The Authority requests proposals from organizations to participate in the Community Education Coordinators Initiative (CECI). The Community Education Coordinators Initiative is focused on increasing outreach and education of CT Paid Leave (CTPL) benefits to targeted populations and communities across the state. The Authority is seeking to select community partners throughout Connecticut who will act as liaisons, known as Community Education Coordinators (CECs), between the communities they serve and the Authority, with an emphasis on providing direct support to individuals applying for CTPL benefits. These partners will conduct specified activities including direct application assistance, provision of CTPL information, and data reporting to the Authority.
