FFY26 Mansfield PBXP262019 Bldg 600 HVAC

A. Disconnect, remove, and dispose offsite the existing outdoor 6-ton condenser; Trane model TWA073D30RAA, Single Compressor, R-410A.
B. Furnish and install one new like-in-kind outdoor heat pump unit compatible with the existing system, existing electrical service, and existing controls
C. Furnish and install all necessary materials, fittings, line sets, and accessories required to connect the new heat pump unit to the existing system
D. Complete all required refrigerant, electrical, auxiliary heat staging, and control connections for a complete and operational installation
E. Furnish and install one new non-programmable digital thermostat  to control the system locally. The contractor shall run new low-voltage control wiring as required from the thermostat to the indoor and outdoor equipment, completely independent of the existing DDC system network.
F. Start up the new heat pump system, verify proper operation in both heating and cooling modes, and correct any deficiencies identified during startup.
G. Provide applicable warranty documentation for the installed equipment.
