COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – LOCK HAVEN CAMPUS CWU-69-L: Fairview Suites Water Heater Replacement Commonwealth University – Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Plumbing and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the mechanical and electrical utility modifications required to support the replacement of the Cooling Tower and Pumps in the Willis Health Professions Center to include demolish existing gas fired water heaters, pads, piping, and accessories, demolish existing hot water storage tank, pad, piping, and accessories, provide new gas-fired instantaneous, modular water heaters, racks, piping, housekeeping pads and accessories, provide new gas, hot water, cold water, recirculating hot water, flue exhaust, and combustion air piping and accessories, disconnect and remove existing circuits serving the water heaters and accessories to be removed and replaced and provide new |
