The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Information Technology CDSB is soliciting MBE dealers on for 1 QTY JS0407 - JAMS Upgrade Medium Package (10 Months Premium Support)

Period of Performance: Receipt of PO – 06/30/2027

INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation.

CONTRACT  OPPORTUNITY
See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document/contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award).

CONTRACT AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by category of product. Failure to bid all items in a category may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive for that category.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
A PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items, provide PDF quote, or reference associated contract may deem the quote non-responsive. All costs including shipping must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid. Shipping cannot be estimated, must be firm-fixed price if applicable. Bid pricing must be valid for 90 days. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

AUTHORIZED DEALER STATEMENT : Bidders responding to this Invitation to Bid must be an authorized dealer or manufacturer of the products they are bidding. Bidders should submit a letter with their bid response certifying that they are the manufacturer or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. This certification must be on the manufacturer's letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer's representative.  The bidder will be required to provide said certification letter within five (5) business days, after notification, to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, if not submitted with the bid response. Failure to submit the certification letter within the stated time period will result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
