Page 7 asks the firm to provide dates for professional services and dates for construction, as well as a detailed narrative describing "Dates of completion of Part I, Part II, and Part III services." Please confirm that the VA wants to see 5 different sets of dates for each project (professional services period of performance, construction period of performance, Part I Investigative Services completion dates, Part II Design Development completion dates, and Part III Construction Document completion dates).
