Summary

QQ Provide extended support to the following VRF services: Vertical Reporting Framework – Extended Support Tickets. ESP allows for a fixed number of extended support hours at a fixed rate. Sole sourced. This contract allows services to be requested and executed within one week or time reasonably agreed to by both parties. Unused hours will not be billed. The rate for extended services for the Licenses is $145.00 not to exceed 335 hours.

Process

The State of Ohio - Department of Education and Workforce requires extended support to the following VRF services: Vertical Reporting Framework – Extended Support Tickets. ESP allows for a fixed number of extended support hours at a fixed rate. This solicitation is applicable to MMA Suppliers for products on state contracts.
Prospective Offeror’s must attach a Supplier quote document to the solicitation which includes the following at a minimum:

Quoted price(s) must be at or lower than contract pricing. Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote. Should multiple Supplier quote the same lowest cost, one will be selected at random.
