Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition, Succeeding Lease

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Cusotms and Border Protection that is expiring in BUFFALO, NEW YORK.

The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 51,586 ANSI/BOMA office area and 37 structured parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 51,586

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 56,745

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by August 19, 2025. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
