Project Description: Pinal County is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to establish a contract with one responsible firm to provide a full-service Inmate Commissary and Banking Services program for the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office – Adult Detention Center (PCSO-ADC). Contractor shall provide a full-service commissary solution meaning the Contractor shall be responsible for the entire commissary service which may include, but not be limited to, collection of inmate orders (electronically), warehousing product, filling orders, delivery of orders to inmates, handling of refunds, accounting of transactions through the inmate banking solution, and answering grievances.
