The Town of Normal is seeking proposals for well rehabilitation and repair services.

Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Well Rehabilitation, Repair and Drilling Services” with the time and date of the deadline, which will be Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM CDT at Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761.

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all statements received. Selection will be made based on qualifications, experience, project team and references.
