Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system or equivalent (e.g. nitrogen generation system) and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 15,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JPTS) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Killingholme, U.K. (SKJ Terminal); and the intended discharge port/place is Akrotiri, Cyprus (PSD-RAF Akrotiri Terminal). The laydays commence 02 May and cancel 09 May 2026, and the period of performance is one voyage.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
