REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION PROJECT: RFP-2025-09, Design, Supply and installation of a Playground at Ironstone Park.
The District of Logan Lake is inviting Design Proposals for the Supply and Install of a new Playground for 5–12-year-olds at our Ironstone Park site located at 423 Poplar Drive, Logan lake, BC. The District would like to compare 3 playground design options with budgets of $140,000, $170,000 and $200,000. The District has allocated a maximum of $200,000 toward the design and buildout of this new playground. This New Playground will be installed in an approximately 27m x 34m park footprint area. Designs should incorporate a variety of accessibility options and equipment such as climbing, swinging, sliding, and balancing equipment with rubber surfacing or engineered fiber surface for safety and shade structure.

Proponents are requested to return One (1) signed Proposal, in a sealed package clearly marked “RFP-2025-09 Design, Supply and Install of Playground in the Ironstone Park” to the undersigned by the closing time of 2:00 P.M. Local Time, Tuesday August 5th, 2025.

Facsimile Proposals will not be considered. Proposals received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. The District of Logan Lake reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable in the interest of the District. The lowest of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. Prices submitted shall include all freight, documentation fees, FOB District of Logan Lake, and breakdown of taxes.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP). No information will be disclosed from the time of the Bid opening to the time the contract is awarded. Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponents’ name will be available upon request. All Proposals will become the property of the District of Logan Lake and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
