Description: The Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) PM4 requires one, U.S. Flag, Jones Act qualified, ocean-going certified tug capable of towing EX-JUNEAU “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010)” and providing services in support of exercise Valiant Shield 26.

Place of Contract Performance: The port/place of delivery is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (USA), and the port/place of destination will be an intermediate stop in Guam for one week, with a final destination of Marianas Island Testing And Training Surveillance Area, 250nm southeast of Guam. The layday commences and cancels 18 May 2026; and the period of performance is one voyage.
