Description / Background:

The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide Vegetation Management and Brush Removal Services.  The City is seeking a qualified firm to perform vegetation management and brush removal services on a project-specific basis as part of the Chino Hills 565 Fuels Reduction Project.  For additional information, please review the Request for Proposal.

The submittal package shall include the following: five (5) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and four (4) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.
Miscellaneous:
Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
