Project Background
We are requesting bids on replacement sofas and chairs at Lake Hope State Park Cabins.
Specifications:

Product needs to be delivered by August 20, 2025. Purchase will be coordinated with the park manager, such as delivery dates, etc. Park manager will approve craftsmanship and project quality prior to payment. Depending on final cost estimates, ODNR may opt to add or remove pieces of furniture depending on bid outcomes. Please provide the cost of each piece of furniture (i.e. how much one sofa and one chair cost each). A site visit is strongly encouraged.

Product specifications include items such as:

Delivery : Lake Hope State Park 27331 St Rt 278 McArthur, Ohio 45651. Contact Lori Calderon, Assistant Park Manager, 740-274-4966 lori.calderon@dnr.ohio.gov.
Delivery Date: deadline of August 20, 2025.
Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.
Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.

Site Visit & Point of Contact
Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are encouraged to visit the park. Please contact Lori Calderon, Assistant Park Manager, at 740-274-9966 or lori.calderon@dnr.ohio.gov.
Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.
