Solicitation Description:
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), also known as ¿the Authority¿ or ¿Metro,¿ is seeking vendor services to support its Human Capital Performance and Learning (HCPL) Team in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that promote learning and development across the organization. WMATA operates one of the nation¿s largest public transportation systems. The HCPL Team is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development. It designs, implements, and manages programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance¿aligning learning opportunities with WMATA¿s Talented Teams goals and ensuring employees have the resources and training to succeed. WMATA seeks a qualified vendor to create, deliver, and evaluate blended learning solutions (combining instructor-led and self-paced digital formats) for frontline employees, corporate staff, and leadership development programs targeting emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders. In addition to delivering blended learning solutions, we require a partner to collaborate with us on the design, development, and delivery of the HCPL training course catalog, including the joint creation of key measurement metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning programs.
