Summary
Scope of Work
Lawn Care and Maintenance Services (Approximately 29 Acres) This proposal outlines the lawn care and maintenance services for a duration of 33 weeks during the growing season, with additional on-call availability providing a response time of 72 hours as needed. Weekly Services: • Conduct a thorough clean-up of all areas designated for mowing prior to mowing, including the removal of paper, sticks, limbs, and trash. • Ensure clean-up of all doorways and the dock area following the weekly mowing. • Perform weekly mowing of all grass areas, which includes courtyards, the fenced generator area, and the propane tank area. • Implement weed control measures for cracks in sidewalks, driveways, curbs, patios, and around building edges, as well as in the areas surrounding fences at the generator/tank farm, and around trees, posts, signs, flower beds, and cracks in parking lots. This includes the removal of both dead weeds and newly sprouted growth. 2. Monthly Services: • Trim and edge all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, patio areas, and fence lines at the generator and tank farm. • Prune bushes and trees to eliminate low-hanging branches that may obstruct walkways or window visibility. 3. Seasonal Clean-up and Landscaping Services Fall Services • Remove all fallen limbs, leaves, and debris from the mowing areas and around buildings. Debris will be entirely removed from the grounds, with potential multiple visits depending on necessity following the growing season. • Trim trees to maintain distance from buildings. Spring Services • Trim all bushes. • Conduct weed and feed treatments on lawns located between buildings and along the parking lot/road pavement adjacent to the hospital buildings, carried out twice each season. This treatment does not extend to the large lawn area at the rear of the property. • Trim and edge all garden beds, followed by weeding and the application of mulch in a color of choice specified by the owner. Prior to mulching, all beds will be raked and cleaned, with at least 2 inches of mulch applied across the entire bed. Bidder may schedule a pre-bid walkthrough by contacting Donald McGuire at 419-392- 9211. |
