ONLINE PERMITTING SYSTEM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN t hat The Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive online permitting software solution to manage permit applications, reviews, approvals, payments, and inspections. The types of forms would include but not limited to, building and codes applications, engineering documents, planning and zoning applications and plan sets etc. The departments would be primarily Codes, Engineering, and Planning Departments. The goal is to modernize our permitting process, improve efficiency, enhance transparency, and provide a user-friendly experience for residents, applicants, and staff.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS is WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2025 at 4:00 PM (Central Time). All proposals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135. The envelope containing the Written Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked " Online Permitting System”. Proposals that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed statements will not be accepted.

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Planning Director, Brad Baumgartner, by email at bbaumgartner@nolensvilletn.gov . Any questions related to the proposal after August 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CST will not be responded to by the Town. A final addendum, if issued, will be available on the Town’s website on or before August 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Central Time).
