The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Office of Reentry ( ODRC OOR ) seeks proposals from companies and organizations which can provide training to ODRC staff to educate incarcerated individuals on the essentials of being good housing tenants. In addition, ODRC OOR seeks proposals for training incarcerated individuals how to train their peers about the essentials of being good tenants. Finally, ODRC seeks proposals for training modules for current or potential landlords / housing providers related to housing tenants.

All bidders must submit complete proposals in acocrdance with the requirenemnts outlined in the attached Request for Proposal ( RFP ). Proposals that fail to include the required documentation or deviate from the specified instructions may be desqualified.

Inquiries must be submitted exclusively thorugh OhioBuys and only during the inquiry period.

Late submissions will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for monitoring OhioBuys for any possible updates, clarifications and adenda to this solicitation.
