U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) is seeking interested commercial vendors for targeted Industry Sessions to be held in Luanda, Angola. These sessions will take place during a larger, continent-wide conference scheduled for June 30 – July 1, 2026 with up to 300 attendees. While the main conference has its own agenda, these specific Industry Sessions are a separate, USAFRICOM-hosted opportunity focused on showcasing military technologies, supplies or services available for acquisition by African Partner nations.

Selected vendors will be provided with a dedicated space to present their capabilities. They will also be invited to attend the main conference sessions as observers. The logistical details for this specific USAFRICOM Industry Day session are as follows. Additional information will be provided directly to the selected participants.

  • Date and Time: June 30 and July 1, 2026, from 08:00 to 17:00 local time

  • Location: Hotel where USAFRICOM conference is being held, various lobby and foyer spaces adjacent to the conference plenary space

  • Provided Space: Limited to one 6-foot table and two chairs

  • Permitted Materials: Vendors may display pop-up banners (not to exceed 8 feet in height), marketing brochures, and small, non-operational product samples. Digital presentations on laptops are permitted. No large-scale hardware is allowed due to space limitations
