Queen City ADU Program - Property Management Services

The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified property management firms to provide professional property management services for the Queen City ADU Program. This program supports the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on eligible properties and ensures that these units remain affordable to households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Selected property management firms will assist participating property owners by overseeing tenant placement, rent collection, lease management, and compliance monitoring in accordance with City guidelines.
