Title: CH-47 Aircraft Staging Site

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Capability Program Executive, Aviation (CPE, Aviation), Cargo Helicopters (CH) Project Management Office anticipates a requirement for logistic and operational support to stage up to eight (8) CH-47F Block I and Block II Cargo Helicopters within 75 miles of CPE, Aviation requirements in Huntsville, AL. ACQUISITION APPROACH: The Government anticipates a total small business set-aside competitive contract vehicle. This vehicle will be utilized for services pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The Government anticipates to make the award on the basis of best value.
The Government anticipates a hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a 12-month base period, inclusive of a 90-day Phase-in, and four (4) 12-month option periods; a total period of performance of 60 months.

1) Capability statements which shall not exceed ten (10) pages and outline their ability to provide requirements to the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2) Provide responses to the following Capability Questions. Responses shall not exceed ten (10) pages.
PAGE LIMITATION: Twenty (20) pages MAXIMUM for your response.
RESPONSES REQUIRED: Interested offerors desiring to be considered for this opportunity are requested to respond by the closing date above to the Contracts POC listed below. Submissions not received by close of business on the date above will not be reviewed.
