Wayland's Housing Production Plan Update

The Town of Wayland invites proposals from consultants to conduct an evaluation of Wayland’s affordable housing needs and to develop an update to Wayland’s housing production plan. All RFP documents will be available starting June 10, 2026 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids.aspx .  Proposals must be submitted via mail/overnight delivery, or can be dropped off in person to Kelsi Power-Spirlet, Assistant Town Manager, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 no later than July 2, 2026 at 11:00AM ET. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6(d) the technical proposal and price proposal must be submitted separately. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
