The Sharon Housing Trust, an organization dedicated to increasing the availability of affordable housing in Sharon, CT, is soliciting bids to construct a new single-family residence at 160 Silver Lake Shore Rd. The scope of work includes demolition of an existing cottage, construction of the new building, drilling a well and connecting to existing septic tank, installation of a gravel driveway and parking area, and grading the site for drainage.
