NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed Bids for Contracts 2025 – On-Call Pothole and Asphalt Repairs will be received by the
Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until
12:00 PM, Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid
Documents will be available beginning May 28, 2025 at

value of this contract is $300,000. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit, Payment Bond, and
Performance bonds are required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right
