Solicitation Summary
Contractor shall provide to SMCM and Historic St. Mary’s City 165,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil and 10,000 gallons of Bio-based fuel to be provided on an as needed basis from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, or until delivery of all fuel purchase under this contract. The Number 2 Heating Oil shall be rated Ultra-low Sulfur and have a sulfur content of no more than 15 parts per million (PPM) in accordance with the regulation as set forth by the state of Maryland. Delivery shall be gravity delivery by Tank Wagon. Price of fuel oil will be locked in at the rate agreed upon in this contract for the period of performance or until such time as the full 165,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil and the 10,000 of Biofuel have been delivered. Award price shall include delivery and all other applicable charges.
