Central High School Renovation - Construction

The purpose of this solicitation is to describe the requirements for: This project involves renovating historic portions of Springfield Central High School, converting approximately 29,700 square feet of existing space, with an additional 663 square feet of new construction, into office, storage, museum, banquet, and workshop spaces for Effingham County. Notable transformations include converting former classroom buildings into offices, storage, voting facilities, and a workshop for the county¿s maintenance team. The project will also feature public spaces, like a restored classroom for educational tours, a banquet hall, and the historic Principal¿s office. Additional work includes structural upgrades, new roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishes across multiple buildings. Site work will address landscaping, grading, and infrastructure improvements to utilities, paving, and drainage.
