Description

Fredericton has experienced increasing demand for quality outdoor sports and recreation facilities, as outlined in the Fredericton Recreation and Leisure Master Plan adopted earlier this year. The identified 63-acre site provides an opportunity to develop a modern, multi-purpose facility that supports various user groups, including youth sports leagues, adult recreational programs, and tournament hosting.

This RFP invites experienced Proponents to demonstrate their expertise in sports facility planning, site master planning, and engineered design for large-scale outdoor recreation projects.
