Tree Trimming Bucket Truck

Proposals will be received until 12 o’clock noon on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, by electronic bid only for a new tree trimming bucket truck complete for the Park Department of the City of Troy, Ohio,  in accordance with specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City of Troy, Ohio.

The electronic bidding for the contract will be handled through the Bid Express service at www.bidexpress.com.  Bidder must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation the bidder intends to bid electronically prior to bidding.

This bid is to provide the City with a new bucket truck for the operation of the Park Department.  Bid price must include any delivery fees and any title transfer fees.

A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, payable to the City of Troy, or

A certified check, a cashier’s check or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the City of Troy.  The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond.   The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
