96130-Employment Agency And Search Firm Services (Including Background Investigations And Drug Testing For Employment);

The purpose of this RFP is to secure an agency and platform to perform Employment Background Checks to streamline and improve the onboarding process. In order to be successful, the awarded vendor will need to provide the required background check services and successfully complete the other tasks in this scope. Central Health performs two (2) types of employment checks: one for Clinicians and another for Staff. Proposers should indicate whether its background check reports include all of these components:

• Staff employment checks package - public records, sanctions check, positive identification, education, employment, motor vehicle records, and criminal.

• Clinicians and other licensed health care personnel - public records, sanctionscheck, positive identification, education, employment, licensures, motor vehicle records and criminal.
