This is a Sources Sought (SS) notice for market research into businesses capable of providing Intro to Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) with Digital Emphasis (ISRC-D) and Advanced Signature Reduction (ASRC) skills to personnel assigned to the 353 Special Communications Component (SCC), Kadena Air Base (AB), Okinawa, Japan. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to deliver these training courses. Please provide a capability statement detailing how the objectives listed in the attachment draft PWS may be accomplished.
