Description
The audio system is required to support the whole musical range, to include:
-
Two (2) new wall and two (2) ceiling-mounted speakers with amplifiers, and incorporate at least two (2)
-
monitors.
-
ADA-compliant hearing assistance.
-
Two (2) wireless microphones with wireless microphone kits. The wireless microphones shall be handheld
-
style and include the receiver and required cables capable of transmitting high-quality sound for a speaker
-
located anywhere in the Chapel sanctuary.
-
Two (2) wireless lapel microphones with the wireless lapel microphones kits.
-
One (1) gooseneck podium microphone and the line connecting to the existing soundboard.
The Vendor will incorporate the existing stage connections into the system. Vendor will provide warranty and training IAW the Statement of Need.
Required deliverables include:
-
List of Equipment (LOM)
-
As built, to show how components are connected and how wiring is routed.

Test plan for operability and acceptance of USAF approved and accredited audio control system.

Documented test results
-
Delivery and integration will also include on-site installation, testing and certification of the newly installed materials and training of designated personnel for the installed sound and control system
The site visit is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged.
