Bids are being requested for;

1) Removal and proper disposal of asbestos material

2) Demolition and proper removal of Unsafe/Uninhabitable structure to include driveway to the street

3) City will be responsible for utility disconnect, caps and water hook ups/hydrant meters. Permit will be

applied for by the awarded contractor; the City will expedite and issue permit at no charge

4) A bond will be required and submitted no later than bid due date and must be 5% of bid amount

5) Removal of all junk, trash, scattered debris, and grading of parcel

6) A 10% vendor preference will be given to all local vendors

7) There are 3 separate buildings that will be awarded to one contractor. 3 Bids will be added together

to get final bid amount

will be rejected as incomplete.
