Contract for Furnishing and Delivering of DELPAC 2000 or Similar PAC Coagulant

Project Description: Sealed bids for furnishing and delivering the Borough’s requirements for DelPAC 2000 or similar polyaluminum chloride (PAC) coagulant for a twenty-two (22) month period from March 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026, will be received online by the Borough of Ambler via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

A representative of the Bidder shall visit the wastewater treatment plant, meet with staff, and bench test their proposed PAC coagulant, to the satisfaction and acceptance of staff, prior to submitting a Bid.
A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, drawn to the order of the Borough of Ambler, shall be submitted with the Bid.
The Borough of Ambler reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after actual date of the opening thereof.
