Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than June 26,2025, at 2:00PM, Local Time. Proposals will be publicly acknowledged via videoconferenceimmediately thereafter. Attendance ofthe acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Award is scheduled for the September 2,2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time thereafter.
