NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE REMODEL, MODERNIZATION AND INTERGRATION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

1.        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) REMODEL AND UPGRADE (hereinafter "Services") and will receive proposals in the office of the Tracy Police Department, 1000 Civic Center Drive, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Sergeant/Chief of Staff Michael Richards, up to the hour of 5:00 P.M., Friday October 3, 2025.
2.        The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals (which is attached). Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) are available at the Tracy Police Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Any questions should be directed to Sergeant/Chief of Staff Michael Richards, via email mike.richards@tracypd.com
3.        Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) REMODEL AND UPGRADE – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."
4.        All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City's needs by demonstrating the competence, expertise, and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are set forth in this Request For Proposals.
5.        The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this Request For Proposals, or the submittal process.
