Operational Management of The Southern Skates Roller Rink

Project Description: The Park & Recreation Department of the City of Dallas is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proposers to provide the management and operation of Southern Skates for a period of five (5) years with one (1) five-year renewal option. The awarded proposer will operate, manage and maintain Southern Skates as a first-class event and recreational facility for the enjoyment of skating activities and ancillary special events, such as community events/celebrations or other events compatible with the primary purpose (skating) with the facilities. The proposer will be required to meet the highest visual, operational, customer service, community engaging, production, and/or management standards, to provide top quality amenities and services to visitors and community.
