This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942726RE005. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 are incorporated.
