This project will create a detailed inventory of municipal capital assets — including buildings, roads, vehicles, equipment, and public facilities — and establish replacement schedules, lifecycle cost estimates, and 5- and 10-year capital funding projections. The consultant will conduct interviews with municipal staff and board representatives, analyze historical financial records, and review infrastructure conditions.
