The Project consists of replacing the existing stormwater infrastructure along Center Street between Arctic Avenue and the outfall in Folly River, and intersecting streets along Center Street; installing green infrastructure solutions along Center Street; and re-establishing drainage connectivity along E. Erie Ave and the intersection of 8th Street E. The completion of this project will require installation within and repair of SCDOT maintained roads and rights-of-way.
