R Shiny Application

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of R Shiny Application development from Trout Unlimited as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the single provider of the services. Vendor must be able to acquire spatio-temporal water temperature data, translate it into growth potential, and develop an R Shiny Application that informs barrier management removal. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 02/24/2025 at 10:30AM PST.
