C . Project Description: T he project scope includes work at and around the existing Jaguar Stadium at Madison
C entral High School, including: a new pre-fabricated press box; demolition of the existing restroom building;
c onstruction of two new restroom buildings; a new entry gate structure; a new pedestrian plaza; relocated
A DA parking; and new decorative fencing throughout.

F.When construction bids are submitted electronically, the requirement for including a certificate of
r esponsibility, or a statement that the bid enclosed does not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00),
o n the exterior of the bid envelope as indicated in Section 31-3-21(1) and (2) shall be deemed in
compliance with by including same as an attachment with the electronic bid submittal.
G. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent
(5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools.
H . Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00.2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document
00.3100 - Available Project Information.
I. Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect.
J. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after
submission.
K. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
