The City of Kingsland is requesting quotes for the Downtown Kingsland Storefront Window
Painting for three seasons.
Theme:
Camden County High School Homecoming, Christmas and Mardi Gras
Scope of Work:
Provide all materials, labor, and equipment for holiday window painting for designated
downtown Kingsland business windows.
Set up, paint, and remove all artwork by the specified deadlines.
Artwork should reflect the specific event, be family- friendly, and complement downtown
decor.
Contractor is responsible for cleanup and ensuring no damage to glass or property.
Location will be on U.S. 17 (Lee Street) between the intersection of Hwy 40/ U.S. 17 and
West William Avenue/U.S. 17.
Not all businesses will participate. Cost proposal will be based on per window (small,
medium, and large). Only first level windows will be eligible for painting (not 2nd story).
See Appendix A for location of area and sample of business windows.
Schedule:
Homecoming Painting Start Date: September 1, 2026
Completion: no later than September 7, 2026
Paint removal: October 21-24, 2026
Holiday Painting Start Date: November 23, 2026
Completion: no later than November 29, 2026
Paint removal: January 4-6, 2027
Mardi Gras Painting Start Date: January 11, 2027
Completion: January 17, 2027
Paint removal: February 11-14, 2027
